Planning and Organising

So, here it is, the story of my planning and everything that comes with it.

Our venue, the Quality Hotel in Boldon was booked in May 2010, 27 months in advance.

In November 2010, it burned down! We have had confirmation from the hotel it will be rebuilt by the end of this year, so our wedding will go ahead as planned!

So far we have booked
  • photographer
  • videographer
  • dj
  • cake
We have also looked into
  • cake pop favours/name places
  • casino tables for the evening reception
  • horse and carriage
  • stationary
Oh yeah, we have also chosen our rings, mine has been ordered and Gareth's is next on the list!

Our 6 month plan
Feb - deposit on my ring, deposit on casino tables, buy some materials for stationary, bok registrar
March - buy Gareth's ring
April - Book horse and carriage and limo
May - more materials for stationary
June - save the allocated wedding money
July - save the allocated wedding money
August - send out save the date cards 18 MONTHS TO GO, pay deposit on cake pops, start looking at bridesmaid dresses
